4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1/3 cup (80ml) honey
½ cup (125ml) ketchup
½ cup (125ml) soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 minced garlic cloves
Instructions
Put the chicken in a 4-quart crockpot.
Whisk the other ingredients together.
Pour this mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook for 6 hours on low, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes, and add some steamed veggies too.
