Slow cooker chicken thighs are sure to come out juicy and delicious, and this recipe uses honey, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic and basic, to make an aromatic, sticky sauce.

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) honey
  • ½ cup (125ml) ketchup
  • ½ cup (125ml) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken in a 4-quart crockpot.
  2. Whisk the other ingredients together.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes, and add some steamed veggies too.
