1 lb (450g) sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 pint (475 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons white sugar
5 ice cubes
4 fresh peach slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the blender then process until smooth.
Divide the peach smoothie between 4 chilled glasses.
Serve immediately, garnished with a peach slice if you like.
