Banana, egg, flour, and milk are combined to make this banana pancake batter. The pancakes are then cooked on the stove until fluffy and golden. This makes a great breakfast served with berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 oz (20g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil or cooking spray, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Mix in the egg, flour, milk and salt.
  3. You can do this by hand for a chunky batter or in a food processor for a smooth one.
  4. Heat some oil or cooking spray in a skillet.
  5. Pour in the batter and cook, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with syrup, berries, butter, or anything else you want to have.
