1 lb (450g) shredded cabbage
1/2 lb (225g) boiled, mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoon oil
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the cumin and ginger for 30 seconds.
Add the cabbage and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the mashed potatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
