6 quartered small yellow onions
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon oil
6 cauliflower florets
6 quartered small tomatoes
6 baby potatoes
1/2 lb (225g) garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onions, garlic and ginger with the tomatoes and potatoes for 5 minutes.
