- 1½ oz (45ml) Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
- ½ cup (125ml) fat-free vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup (180ml) cold strong coffee
- ½ cup (125ml) unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Process the mixture until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
