1/2 pint ice
3/4 pint 0% fat Greek-style vanilla yogurt
1 chopped banana
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
Pour into 4 big glasses.
Notes
If you are making these for friends, you might wish to garnish with a sprig of mint.
