Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 chopped green onion
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Combine all the ingredients then add 6 chicken pieces.
- Cover the bowl and chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Discard the marinade then cook the chicken to your liking.
Notes
- You can leave the chicken marinating for up to 24 hours for a more intense flavor.
- Grill, pan-fry or bake the marinated chicken.
