Ingredients
- 100 g (4 oz) Halloumi cheese, sliced thickly
- ½ corn on the cob
- 55 g (2 oz) butter
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
- Heat a griddle pan and add the corn
- Grill the corn, turning often to avoid burning
- Slice the cheese and grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes
- Place on a serving plate
- Melt the butter and fry the garlic
- Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Place the corn on a plate with the Halloumi and drizzle with lemon butter
- Serve immediately
