Ingredients
- 8 oz (230g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125g) splenda
- 1 1/4 cup (275 ml) canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour batter into a glass-baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bake in a 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) oven until the center is done.
- It will look 'puffed', but will shrink down as it cools.
