Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 3 avocados
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Peel the avocados and discard the stones.
- Slice them thinly and arrange on a serving platter.
- Arrange the orange slices around the avocado.
- Sprinkle the onion on top.
- Dissolve some salt in the lemon juice, add the oil and pour over the top.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
