Ingredients
- 2 chicken livers
- 6 fingers hot buttered toast
- 3 strips streaky bacon
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika
- Black pepper
Method
- Wash and dry the livers. Cut each one into three.
- De-rind the bacon and cut each rasher in half.
- Wrap each piece of liver in bacon and broil (grill in UK English) or pan-fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Place one roll on each finger of toast.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, paprika and cayenne.
- Serve them devilishly hot.
