Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pizza crust
- ¼ cup (60ml) tomato sauce
- ¼ chopped small yellow onion
- 4 oz (115g) shredded imitation crab
- 4 oz (115g) canned tuna or chopped cooked octopus
- 1 cup (big handful) shredded mozzarella
- 4 oz (115g) cooked mussels, shrimp or squid
- Pinch of dried oregano
Method
- Preheat the barbeque to medium-hot.
- Make sure the tuna is very well drained.
- Put the pizza crust on the barbecue and cook it until the bottom is golden brown.
- If your barbeque has a lid, have it down.
- Flip it over, then spread the tomato sauce over it.
- Add the onion, crab, tuna, and mozzarella.
- Add any other cooked seafood you want.
- Sprinkle over the oregano.
- Return the pizza to the grill and cook it until the cheese has melted.
Notes
- Try a creamy garlic sauce instead of a tomato-based one if you like
- Italian herbs can be used instead of dried oregano
- Mozzarella is the usual cheese for pizzas but you can use half mozzarella and half whatever else you like.
