Ingredients
- 2 x 180g (2 x 6½ oz) cans smoked mackerel fillets
- 200 g (7 oz) softened cream cheese
- Bunch spring onions (green onions), thinly sliced (keep a few to garnish)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Few drops Tabasco sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Flake the fish into a bowl and stir in everything else.
- Chill until required.
