Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Splenda
- 2 lbs (900g) lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs (675g) cabbage or mixed stir-fry veg (carrot, broccoli, bell pepper etc)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Method
- Add all the ingredients to the largest pot you have.
- Cook over a medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until the beef is browned (no hint of pink remaining) and the vegetables are al dente. Stir constantly.
- As soon as the beef is done this can be served, even if the veg are still a bit crunchy.
