Ingredients
- 8 salmon filets (4 oz or 115g each)
- ¼ cup (60 ml) lemon juice
- ¼ cup (60 ml) lime juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon and lime zest (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Put the salmon in a large baking dish and pour over the citrus juices.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and add some lemon and lime zest if liked.
- Bake uncovered for 12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily, then serve this lemon and lime salmon with your preferred side dishes.
