Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup (80ml) honey
- ½ cup (125ml) ketchup
- ½ cup (125ml) soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
Method
- Put the chicken in a 4-quart crockpot.
- Whisk the other ingredients together.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook for 6 hours on low, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes, and add some steamed veggies too.
