Ingredients
 

  • 6 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3 1/2 oz (100g) nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 5 fl oz (110ml) nonfat milk
  • 2 oz (50g) sugar-free applesauce
  • Sweetener (optional)

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Whiz until everything is well combined.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
