Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 oz (80g) drained canned corn kernels
- 1 crumbled dried kaffir lime leaf
- 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
- 1/4 finely diced red chili pepper
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Saute them in a greased skillet, flipping once, until done.
- Serve hot, possibly with chili sauce.
Notes
If you would prefer a smooth texture, simply puree the ingredients in a food processor before shaping the patties
