Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 drained minced anchovy from a can
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayo
- 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
Method
- Stir everything together.
- Serve as a dip or stir into canned tuna or salmon.
- One serving is 1 1/2 tablespoons (that’s how much you can have for zero points).
