Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120g) crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Put the cheese, cream, mayo, milk, lemon and garlic in the food processor.
- Blend briefly until well mixed and still a bit chunky.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill until you are ready to serve.
