Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120g) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the cheese, cream, mayo, milk, lemon and garlic in the food processor.
  2. Blend briefly until well mixed and still a bit chunky.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill until you are ready to serve.
