Dutch Speklappen or Speklapjes Recipe
Speklappen, also known as speklapjes, are thinly sliced pork belly. You can pan-fry them in oil until crispy and tender, then serve them with gravy or sauce. Speklappen are great served in spicy sauce.

Method
Heat a couple of tablespoon of oil in a skillet or wide frying pan until hot.
Add the meat and fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
