Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Ingredients
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cilantro (fresh coriander)
- Dash of hot sauce
Method
- Chop the avocado and discard the skin and pit.
- Scoop the flesh into your food processor.
- Add the yogurt, lime juice and some salt and pepper.
- Add garlic powder, cilantro and/or hot sauce if you want.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
