Wonderful Watermelon Smoothie

What could be more refreshing than a watermelon smoothie? This recipe features vanilla yogurt and banana for a superior flavor. It is low in fat and so very healthy.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/2 pints watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 pint ice
  • 3/4 pint 0% fat Greek-style vanilla yogurt
  • 1 chopped banana

Method
 

  1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 big glasses.

Notes

  • If you are making these for friends, you might wish to garnish with a sprig of mint.
