1/2 cup (120g) crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 chopped garlic clove
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Put the cheese, cream, mayo, milk, lemon and garlic in the food processor.
Blend briefly until well mixed and still a bit chunky.
