Cook 6 skinless chicken thighs, 2 lbs (900g) of peeled, diced sweet potatoes, 4 peeled whole garlic cloves, a diced onion, 8 oz (230g) sliced mushrooms, 16 oz (460g) chicken stock, a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon each black pepper and dried rosemary for 6 hours on low or until the chicken is done.
