  • 4 oz (110g) cream cheese
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Oil, for frying
  • Water, as needed


  1. Lightly grease a chopping board. Wet the edges of a wonton wrapper with water, then add a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of the wrapper. Fold the edges to seal and make sure you squeeze out all the air.
  2. Put the finished wonton on the greased chopping board and cover with a clean damp towel to keep moist while you make the remaining 11 cream cheese wontons.
