- 1 loaf (24″ or 60cm) French bread, halved lengthwise
- 2 cups (500ml) tomato or pizza sauce (any kind)
- 2 cups (230g) mozzarella cheese
- 15 slices of pepperoni
- Italian seasoning or dried oregano
